Well, she's had her first Easter, and she slept through most of it. We put her in a pretty dress and she snoozed while her brother hid plastic eggs all around the house (mostly by tossing them here and there). He then cajoled each of us in turn to come and find them with him. We began with 45 eggs and after many rounds of hiding and hunting ended up with something like 32. Sneaky eggs.
This evening Annabel sat on my lap holding her head up all on her own for about 10 minutes. What a strong neck!
She now weighs 11 lbs. 4 oz. according to our Dr visit on Wednesday. The nurse measured her length at 22.25 inches, which is .25 inches shorter than when she was born. Hmmm.
